PURE LUXE Beauty Greece promo activation design
PURE LUXE Beauty Greece 2026 Promotional Activation
Promotional Activation, Campaign Design, Sales Communication, Art Direction
Alongside the design of the PURE LUXE exhibition booth for Beauty Greece 2026, Plus Gravity developed a dedicated promotional activation designed to turn the brand’s exhibition presence into a broader commercial experience.
The objective extended beyond attracting visitors to the booth. The activation needed to encourage product discovery, support immediate sales, create an incentive for a future purchase and establish another point of contact between PURE LUXE and beauty professionals after the exhibition.
The result was a connected promotional system spanning product bundles, gift incentives, a gift card, social media communication, pre orders and branded sales materials.
From exhibition offer to promotional system
At the centre of the activation was the PURE LUXE Discovery Bundle, an introductory package created specifically for the exhibition.
The bundle combined five products selected around professional usage needs:
2 Rubber Base + 1 Top Coat + 2 Gel Polish
With an original value of €77.50, the complete set was offered during the exhibition for €59.90, together with a complimentary PURE LUXE nécessaire while stocks lasted.
The offer was designed to make the first purchase easier while introducing customers to several parts of the product range within a single transaction.
Visually, the communication gave the five products a central role and used the existing packaging architecture to make the composition immediately understandable. The black Rubber Base and Top Coat bottles contrast with the peach Gel Polish packaging, creating a clear hierarchy without requiring extensive explanation.
Designing for the next purchase
The first transaction was also designed to create a reason to return to the brand.
Customers purchasing the Discovery Bundle received a €30 PURE LUXE gift card, redeemable on a future order of €150 or more until 31 December 2026.
The gift card became its own branded touchpoint, designed as a physical object with enough visual value to feel like part of the PURE LUXE experience rather than a conventional discount coupon.
Its communication was deliberately simple. The value is immediately visible on the front, while the reverse explains the redemption mechanism, expiry date, promotional code and available purchasing channels.
This allowed the exhibition offer to continue working after the event itself, connecting customer acquisition with a potential second purchase.
Extending the activation before the exhibition
The activation was expanded into a pre order campaign, allowing customers to secure the Discovery Bundle online before arriving at Beauty Greece.
The communication centred around a simple proposition:
The PURE LUXE experience starts before the exhibition.
Customers could place and pay for their order online and collect it directly from the PURE LUXE booth at the event.
This created an additional reason to visit the stand while giving the brand an opportunity to generate commercial activity before the exhibition doors opened.
The dedicated code PUREMEC30 connected the online purchase journey with the physical event.
Social communication designed for mobile
The promotional system was adapted across social media formats with particular attention to information hierarchy and mobile legibility.
Rather than transferring the complete sales mechanism into every communication piece, each format was designed around the information visitors needed to understand first:
5 products. €59.90. A complimentary nécessaire. A €30 gift card.
Supporting details were progressively introduced through additional posts, stories and exhibition materials.
This hierarchy allowed the campaign to remain visually consistent with the premium PURE LUXE identity while communicating a relatively complex promotional mechanism in a fast and accessible way.
A three step exhibition journey
For visitors already at the booth, the complete activation was organised into three clear stages.
1. Discover
Purchase the five product Discovery Bundle at the special exhibition price and receive the PURE LUXE nécessaire while available.
2. Return
Receive a €30 gift card for a future qualifying order, extending the customer relationship beyond Beauty Greece.
3. Engage
Follow PURE LUXE on Instagram and participate in the daily exhibition giveaway for a PURE LUXE Gift Box worth €200.
The three stages were presented through a numbered visual system used in the main A4 sales aid, helping the PURE LUXE team explain the mechanism consistently during conversations with visitors.
The format also reduced the amount of information that needed to be communicated verbally at once, turning the printed piece into a practical sales tool as well as a branded communication asset.
Creating value at the final touchpoint
The customer journey continued after the transaction.
Each purchase was accompanied by printed PURE LUXE material and finished with the offer of a white and peach rose, introducing a small physical gesture connected directly to the visual world of the brand.
The rose also became part of the campaign imagery, linking the promotional communication with the experience visitors would eventually encounter at the booth.
The aim was to give the final stage of the interaction the same level of consideration as the initial offer.
One activation, multiple touchpoints
The promotional identity was applied across a coordinated set of physical and digital materials, including:
Discovery Bundle communication, pre order campaign, social media posts and stories, A4 sales aid, two sided gift card, promotional code communication, giveaway visuals and supporting exhibition materials.
Each application uses the established PURE LUXE visual language of peach, mocha and deep brown tones, metallic gold details, fluid mineral textures, the crowned unicorn and the distinctive packaging system.
This created continuity between the PURE LUXE brand identity and packaging, its digital communication and its physical presence at Beauty Greece.
Connecting communication with commercial behaviour
The activation was designed around a sequence of actions rather than a single promotional message.
The introductory offer reduces the barrier to product trial. The complimentary nécessaire adds immediate perceived value. The gift card creates a reason for a subsequent purchase. The pre order campaign brings the customer journey forward in time. The Instagram activation establishes an additional digital connection with the audience.
Together, these elements create a structured path from discovery to purchase, return and continued engagement.
For Plus Gravity, this is where promotional design becomes part of brand strategy: visual communication, customer experience and commercial objectives are developed as one connected system.
Part of a wider PURE LUXE brand experience
The activation was created specifically for PURE LUXE’s presence at Beauty Greece 2026 and developed in parallel with the spatial experience of the exhibition.

Turning brand presence into action
A successful exhibition presence can continue working before visitors arrive at the booth and long after they leave it.
By connecting offer design, branded communication, physical touchpoints and follow up incentives, the PURE LUXE activation was designed to turn attention into product discovery, sales and future customer relationships.
